Progress update #11

1/4/2024


Hello again.

After 5 Months without any updates, you'll now have your 11th progress updated.

Also, keep in mind that all of this progress was made before I started working on Memes Inc. Updated.


Switching game engines to Godot!

Since I'm learning Godot for a different project of mine, I though I'd take advantage of that and ported this game over to Godot.

The game will now be fully 3D and will now take full advantage of Godot's resources.

I haven't done much in Godot yet, besides that small test game I was workin' on, and this unfinished port of Popgoes' model to Godot.

His textures have seen better days, BUT HEY! At least I got his textures to work in Eevee.

New environments (for the DLC)

These environments were made for both this game for @edu_mohe 's now cancelled Popgoes Encore remake

New lighting for the DLC environments

Since it didn't made sense for all the environments to have neon lights on them, I decided to just have a flashlight on the cameras to lighten them up.


I'll get back to working on this game once I finish and release Memes Inc. Updated, which should be out before the end of this summer.
