Quick fix on Dandor's skill level up

ALl I did was fix a bug causing trouble in Dandor’s defense skill level up system.
Since this bug has a major effect on the gameplay I decided to immediately put this in the release

I think I really need to redo that hat in the Dutch dress-up, as I think that's downright terrible, but at least you have a bit of a feeling what the language section screen in the new version will look like. (EDIT: I did a second attempt. Better?)
