*They aren't unlocked like other characters, instead having a chance to appear when the party is randomized mid-battle or the new Secret: Swap Chip is equipped.

Quick poll before I forget: Seeings as some NPCs will now be playable*, should I feature these characters in the loading screen lineup?

Well I've had a VERY productive night.
Suppose it was about time that some of these skills got a little extra kick.
Creative drive has returned for a bit.
Me: Man, I really wanted to have something released for the 10th anniversary, but I have nothing ready for it!

Me: *Finally remember that I still have a janky ace up my sleeve*
Not quite the fix I've been talking about for the past few weeks, but it's at least progress.

I was considering doing a proper teaser for this, but honestly it might just be better to save the effort for when I work on the real Update 3.

Okay, the classic "Vent about it not working, then find a fix almost immediately" tactic has worked yet again. Still got some more stuff to fix, but it's something.
