I made the weapon system modular so it's easier to expand in the future and also fixed a few bugs with it. I implemented to money system so it will reward you after killing something or beating a wave. It also goes into your total after death. If you die during a run your runs save will be deleted. I added the lockon system for weapons.
Next, I'm going to implement respawning. I'm also going to add a few weapon effects including the freeze/slow down effect from the old build. Once that's done, I'm going to do an audio pass and implement the shield.
In the future after all of that is done, I'll start building out the rest of the game. I can't really do anything with the upgrade system right now since there's nothing to do in game. I have a lot of ideas for it, so I'll talk more about it some other time.
This is my plan as of now. I hope to have most of it done by the end of next month, but we'll see.
