Retro Fonts & Added the ability to set custom keybindings

Although I can't decide on having Action & Axis mappings separate or in the same box


Having it separate will make it inconsistent with the other menus, but looks nicer

Having it together will make options congested, but the overall layout will match other menus

Solution was just to change the Tick Group
