Saskatoon Smith : Game Jam day 2


Additions to Saskatoon Smith: Adventures in Artifact Aquisitions for the second day of the New Years Game Jam.

-Game Jolt intergration, with high scores and acheivements has been added! Just enter your username and token when prompted to enable it. Get your acheivements today!

-More levels added. There are now five areas in total to visit and loot.

-Enemies can now be destroyed by falling damage.

-Sound effects have been added.

-Graphics for the map, and character animations have been updated to make them not terrible.

Further updates to the game will likely occur in the near future. But for a weekend of work, this is what I have to show for it. Let me know what you think.

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Alone Together....

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
