Small Update!

Hi! Thanks to everyone who's tried out the demo so far.
Here's a small update with a few minimal changes. Bug fixes, a couple minor tweaks, that sort of stuff.

The most notable change being in gameplay: Now enemies can be knocked out even while phasing. This brings a more options to combat them if you're quick on your feet. You can see it in action in this video we posted earlier today

Might seem like a small change at first glance, but before it enemies were only knocked out if they were close to you when you exited a wall. This change specifically makes it so that they're also vulnerable if they're on your trajectory from entry to exit, which makes you a tad more dangerous, like a speeding projectile or something.

Another noticeable change which is merely graphical is the addition of craters when an explosion happens.

It just made sense to show a bit more of the destruction on the ground, you know? It's a bit weird to destroy the walls without showing a crack on the floor.

The bug fixes are very minimal, one of them was a possible crash that happened when fighting the mech enemies, another one was the game not recognizing Level 3 (Mountain Fortress) as beaten if you skipped the cutscene at the end. Just small stuff to help improve the experience a bit.

Anyways, enjoy!

Made my first ever animation.

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)
