WHY DO RESOURCES NOT STORE DICTIONARIES WHEN YOU SAVE IT TO A FOLDER?!?!?!!?

I get that resources have a lot of security issues, but I ain't making a multiplayer game, here!

Progress Update: Dialog system is (sort of) complete, alongside a fully working options menu that can save and edit configs. Also started working on props/buildings.
