This one contains loads & loads of bug fixes which broke the game previously, making it harder and more annoying to play. These have almost all been resolved!
I decided to wait no longer and push the update right away!

Those are a lot of fixes, eh?
What has changed to turn-based? It says “massive” changes!
This one is best explained by showing a gif or two.

There is one significant change which massively adjusts the gameplay; Instead of letting pieces wait until they can move, other pieces can now move extra instead. - This means that pawns can now move three tiles per turn, whereas rooks can only move one.
All of these options are adjustable via the settings, so you can control the amount of tiles a piece can move per turn as you like.
Note, that the new turn-based implementation isn’t completely finished yet. There are some loose ends which still need to be resolved (such as fixing the tutorials & scenario’s). Because of this, the scenario’s have been temporarily disabled, as these are no longer valid with the new mechanics and need some tweaking. - I’ll release a patch later (hopefully this week) where I adress most of these issues.
That’s all there’s to it!
Thanks for reading and have a great day!
