The first game has a separate tutorial stage but this time, I'm going to integrate the tutorial into the first actual stage in the game

I've decided to go with floating neon signs to add a cartoon-y vibe into the game, not to mention during daylight

Added signs so you know what you should do in the stage, because stage descriptions don't show during gameplay. Only in the stage select.

Shockwaves have returned from the first game!
