So this is a short guide to the various Starmen you'll face in the game starting with the bosses.
Boss Starmen
Starman Jr: The Starman Jr is the first boss you'll face in Act 2, located in the hidden lab basement of Shin-ra's warehouse at Brendam Docks. This Starman is the easiest of any Starman in the game.
Starman DX: Located deep within Shin-ra's prototype Mako Reactor facility in Brendam is a Starman whose attacks and strength are deluxe. Defeating it may bring on some dangerous consequences...
Enemy Starmen
Starman: The most basic Starman you'll have to face starting in Shin-ra's lab on top of Culdee Fell and in the Mako Reactor. These Starman can be dealt easily if you have been keeping up with levels and equipment.
Starman Super: These yellow badies will put you down with powerful magical attacks if your unprepared. This second tier Starman will put up a good fight starting in the Brendam Mako Reactor and appears around in Barrow in the third act.
Starman Blue: This third tier Starman will start appearing in Act 3 in Barrow and in the final level. You'll find out why this one hadn't appeared since the first MOTHER.
Starman Ghost: This specialist Starman will blast you to bits with dark based magic and attacks. Saint and Starlight will put this ghostly menace to peace.
Starman Final: The Starman is last but not least in the strength department. You'll have to face these things on the empire's starship.
