Well been working long and hard and as I go through this project, I come across questions that I need to answer and make a choices from that, and a big question came to mind is why do I need the Pixalated filter? The main reason the Pixalated filter was because when the original game was being made with a team, with only few weeks at the time it’s most likely the textures and models might not look quit right along with other models, so the “Pixel” look is a way to help the models blend together. But now that is no longer a reason to keep the Pixalation, and really the Pixel look was getting in the way of some aspects of the game, so I decided to remove it. However, I was still let with More detail Texture that didn’t match well with the simplistic one, but I came across a solution. I took the more detailed textures through Photoshop and apply some edits and a Cutout filter, which converted the textures is a more simplistic style that I feel really blends well with the other games textures. So I do apologize to fans who loved the Pixel style for the original and hate to see it go in this remake, but I hope guys understand my reasons and hope that you like some of the new looks in the game.
