UNDERTALE: Pixel Perfect v0.0.4 is out! See changelog below.


Added three new options to the Tweaks Menu: Greyscale Sprites, Button Type, and Use New BMenu.

Added a "getting up" animation for the player at the beginning of the game.

Made a slight change to Frisk side walking animations.

Added functionality for the "Equipment" section of the inventory.

Fixed some small issues with the menu system. (Sounds not playing at the correct times, etc.)

Replaced the old cave texture in "Underground - Fallen Stars" and other areas with a new, non-plagiarized sprite.

Updated the golden flowerbed sprite.

Made some slight changes to the flower patch in "Underground - Flowerbed".

Updated Flowery Flowey overworld and battle sprites.

Updated the save point sprite, and made it rotate.

Added a secret cutscene in Ruins - Plate Puzzle.

Fixed a slight text error in Ruins - Plate Puzzle.

Made the Toriel walking animations have collision.

Made a slight change to some secret Missing Poster dialogue.

Updated the Dummy battle sprites.

Fixed an issue where using the Missing Poster during the Dummy fight crashed the game.

Fixed a bug where you could infinitely encounter the tutorial Froggit encounter.

Added a Froggit overworld sleeping sprite.

Revamped Froggit overworld sprites.

Tweaked some specific Toriel overworld sprites.

Fixed an issue where the Egg would remove other items when used rather than itself.

Made changes to almost every room revamped before this update.

Added a secret room.

Added lanterns to previous Ruins rooms.

Made the player's sprite become darker in shaded areas.

Made small changes to a couple sign dialogues.

Updated the exclamation mark sprites that show up when starting a battle.

Updated the attack bar sprites.

Added a new in-battle scrolling item menu system, similar to other fangames.

Made monster sprites highlight when in the fight, act, or spare menu if you're hovering over their name.

Added low HP sprites for Froggit.

Added secret Froggit dialogue only available on a certain day of the week.

Added a monster loot-drop feature, where certain monsters now have chances to drop items after being spared.

Fixed an issue where restarting the game during the Game Over sequence would cause a problem with room persistence.

Revamped every room of the Ruins from "Ruins - Cracked Puzzle 1" to "Ruins - Home".

Made major changes to the Ruins tileset, including the color scheme, the brick texture, the vine texture, the bridge texture, the water texture, and more.

Added six new rooms to the Forgotten Paths.

Added dropped item sprites for Butterscotch and Cinnamon candies, as well as for all the newly accessible items.

Fixed dropping items certain ways creating collision errors.

Updated Moldsmal, Loox, Migosp, Vegetoid, Final Froggit, Whimsalot, Parsnik, and Moldessa battle sprites.

Slightly changed the locations of some enemy encounters on the battle screen.

Fixed a bug where the Butterscotch and Cinnamon would not have the "HP maxed out" text.

Gave Napstablook a dialogue portrait.

Updated Napstablook overworld and battle sprites.

Added a new variation to Napstablook's CHECK dialogue.

Added two new features to Ruins - Bake Sale after spending enough money on Spider items.

Limited the inventory of the spiders in Ruins - Bake Sale, and made it refresh over time.

Added three new FUN events.

Fixed an oversight where some text boxes still allowed you to move around while they were on screen.

Reworked the Credits Menu.

Updated all Toriel sprites, including portraits, overworld sprites, and battle sprites.

Remade some dropped item sprites.

Updated Toriel's fire bullet sprites used in the Flowey cutscene.

Redesigned the lily pad sprites used in the Forgotten Paths.

Diversified the Ruins encounter sets.

Made a slight change to the basic font.

Made Save Points use a separate font.

Moved the location of the Wrist Protector slightly.

Remade Annoying Dog seasonal sprites (again).

Added a barrier of flames to Ruins - Long Hallway.

Fixed some issues where changed controls did not apply.

...And a whole bunch of other things I forgot to write down.
