Update 1.1.0! Lag and grind fix!

"What, why now?"

I advice you to read through this but if you're short on time or just not interested, here are the changes:

-This update possibly removes a lot of lag (I can't guarantee 100%)

-Less items needed to proceed

-Trees grow WAY faster

-In short, most of the grinding has been removed

-There is a button on the title screen that can turn off the perspective that you have at night

-Extra content in the Extras menu!

So I recently woke up from the coma caused by the Tyke and Sons aftermath. Before that, I've seen that a lot of you have enjoyed the game despite the lag, but everybody could agree that the grind was horrible. But for some reason I didn't want to get rid of the thing that made the game as long as it was. I thought that this was important or else it wouldn't work as a Tycoon game.

However, it didn't let go of me that the game had a very objective flaw. I just couldn't be bothered to touch the code one more time. It wouldn't take much work to fix the game, but if you eat spaghetti for a few months straight, you'll get to that point where you just can't have another bite, or else you will vomit hard.

For some random reason, I got just enough motivation recently to look at it a final time. And not only could I nerf the grinding aspect, I also had a theory on what to fix so I can stop most of the lag. I finally found someone whose game was running on 2fps, and after I did what I did, it was running smoothly. So here's hoping that the lag problem is fixed now (sorry to those who still got a low framerate).

Now, most of you have already seen or played the entire game, but I bet that there are at least 10 people here that would like to redownload a better version, so I'm doing this for those 10 people, and every newcomer as well. And also for me because I want to enjoy my own games.

Alright, stay home, my final message, bye.

Found another unused thing in my folders, "Broken Rockstar Fredbear", creative!

Edit: It was based on a shot from Detroit: Become Human btw

Hey, Godot users. This collision setup is beyond stupid. What do you do instead? Please help me :)

Found a scene that was probably meant as a joke at the time. Had to reassign some textures and updated the lighting to bring you this quick render:

WOW THANKS HOW NICE

Unfinished "Watermelon Fredbear". It's in the game's folder so it counts as cut from Tyke and Sons.

I found another unused model. "Watermelon Fredbear" was supposed to appear in this game, though I really just liked Nightmare Fredbear, so there was no actual thought behind it. This is all that I made...

Rando fact:

This pattern is not a texture, just a graphical glitch. Thought it fit well.

Wuah

Graphic design is my passion

(For real, anyone here who's really experienced in UI design? I am so lost)

I think some of the magic from learning how to model partially thanks to FNaF stems from making up machinery from simple geometrical shapes that might look complex from further away but makes absolutely no sense. It's a lot of fun! :)
