It took 2 months, but here it is. There’s been quite a few changes added. I might have missed a few small details, though this list should cover everything.
[Gameplay]
The rest of Chapter 4 is now fully playable.
Changed dialogue for Planeptune NPCs after Chapter 3.
Neptune now forces you to get Potions from the shelf at the start of the game.
Added a proper Shop in Planeptune
Added “Help Guide” in the Menu Screen.
Reverted back to the old way of displaying damage pop-ups because this current way failed to display Poison and Burn damage, and has issues with 2 other status effects you haven’t seen yet. (I’ll try to find another way of displaying when Critical Hits are dealt, or when a magic element deals more/less damage to an enemy.)
[Characters]
Blanc
Draw Fire changed from “Taunt for 8 turns, VIT and WIS Up for 3 turns” to “Taunt, Physical Resist 60% and Magic Resist 60% for 2 turns. Instant Execution.”
Hard Break now lowers STR for 3 turns.
B-Sha
Blinky Warhead now has a chance to inflict Curse. SP Cost reduced to 60.
K-Sha
Lowered the level multiplier of Medi-Maniac. (This skill was WAY too good.) SP Cost reduced to 70.
C-Sha
Beam Buster now deals 2 hits. Each hit will add up to the damage it originally did. (Changed so it could synergize better with an upcoming skill.) SP Cost reduced to 60.
S-Sha
Heartless Angel SP Cost reduced to 70.
[Graphics]
New sprites for Neptune, Uni, Rom and Ram
New face image for Honryuu
With this, the game is now officially halfway completed! Chapter 5 is up next and it’s very likely going to take the longest time to complete having 5-6 dungeons. It’ll also introduce some new original characters so stay tuned for that!
Finally, I know that some of you are Mac users and would want to play this game too. I’ll wait for a week or so to check if there are any bugs or errors, after which I’ll go ahead and upload a Mac port.
