Version 0.4!


In this version of the game we have some new things!

  • Level 8! Technically, a new level 7 has been designed and the old one is now level 8. The portals and new box detector are introduced here in a simple format.

  • A bug fix where the open gate sprite sometimes didn't show

  • The movement controls now are shown in the level selector and pause menu.

  • Bug fix for the "negative" view of the player sprite. Still needs some more work, but this is a good step.

  • Bug fixes for level 8

So, what is to come now? Well like mentioned in the previous devlog, a new level and some new features. Looking forward to those when they happen.

As of right now, the sprites are temporary. In the next update I will change the player sprite to the same one as is in the icon for the game.

I made a prototype partially to see if Godot could provide the tools I'd need to create my full game, and I can confidently say that it does!
