Wanted to correct an error that I found while looking at devlog 2.

You can view Dee Dee's secret characters anytime you want, but you can only customize her AI level after beating Yellow Bear and you don't have a preset active. Sorry for any confusion!

this will not stay forever btw, when 2.0 comes out this WILL be replaced with the 2.0 header
