WIP for The Blood Doctor February 18, 2023.

-Levers finally added

-Pause system set up.

-Player sprites animations almost done.

-Mobile version orientation lock working.

-Near-death skull vision incremented.

-Full-screen mode added.

-3D audio in progress.
