His name is Junzuki Kujo tho (空条 洵月) (no he's a cousin to Jolyne, not a direct relative), since I'm trying to not make a direct reason why he's called JoJo
Etymology - 洵 (jun) means truth, 月 (zuki) means moon/month
Takes place after Ireneverse event I think. Around 2019 or later (as long as it's not 2018 and below), he is the enforcer of the Student Council who forgets most of his memories
