I know this is a week late, but I don't care. I've been occupied with other stuff.
I wanted to make this in honor of the new Mario Kart releasing & based the design of DK's new art style, while still keeping the Rare hairstyle.
Actually never really played any #DK game aside from Country (Wii) a very long time ago (and the SSB games), so I didnt really know what to draw here...
Anyways, limited myself to 5 colours and finished up the art quite fast!

This is the dk generations with cranky, a redesign for dk jr and ofc dk III
Idk why but drawing dk was so hard ðŸ˜
