Why didn't Cyn's Callback Ping work on Uzi in episode 8?

I just realized... Cyn did so much more in episode 7 than 8, like wtf?
She's supposed to be powerful, right?
Don't get me wrong, I love Murder Drones, but another thing that pissed me off about the Murder Drones finale...
Hey fun fact...
Cyn is the shortest and also one of the tallest Murder Drones characters.
