I officially confirm that Achluophobia 2 will definitely come after the first part and it will be on Unreal Engine 5 that’s all I can say for now.

I am happy to report that the game is nearing completion. It will still be a bit until launch, but I'm getting close to the final beta testing period. Expect more news coming up soon

Also, in the Ahluophobia trailer, there will be a cutscene that plays right after starting a new game.
