I know I'm probably talking for myself and to an empty conference center when I say this, but if you are depressed, or suffering from high anxiety - eco or political - participating in combat sports & sparring regularly, is a good emotional catharsis.
Wore my jiujitsu kimono to the doctor's office today. 🥋 Said it was my #Halloween#costume. Which is technically true - but it's also true that I have trained in BJJ, as well. Guess it works either way! 🤪
