UPDATE OF ROOM DESIGNS:

-The office exit has a new name : Wario's office

-The office exit will be a separate room

-The tool garage has been scrapped, it will be replaced with wario's office

-"???" is in the "Work in progress" stage

The office is the most important thing for the game as it's the main thing you will look besides the cameras for the visual aspect. The cameras also have importance for the correct deluxe effect.
