I m making a pngtuber ver of myself bcs why not and it’s fun to give myself more work 😭
Some behind-the-scenes gifs showing how I made the Vector Navigation avatar frame in Blender. 
The only moving objects were the camera and spaceship.
Wireframe modifier on most meshes, and just 2 simple emission shaders (not shown here).
