how do I make ai make choose between two rooms to go in my fnaf fan game

I'm using clickteam

That tearing part while during running animation annoys me, it's looking fine but I want to be at the same speed.

What should I do???

I've tried everything, every mfa I open I can't run the frame or application and when I tried to Run & Download option it doesn't work neither..
