That Black Figure, could this be the potential Main Villain, or rather a SideKick? Maybe hes not even related to the Main Villain of Chapter 3. It could also be Mike.

It would be even better if The Roaring actually ended the game and announced another part of it. I'm not talking about "Deltarune 2", Toby would get a better name.
