Chilly Willy is so silly.
Drawing some Walter Lantz cartoons for one of the prompts of Toontober. So, expect to see two more Walter Lantz cartoon characters.
I really like Lake without styling btw. There's two Lakes here haha. And sorry that I'm drawing simple stuff again, I just don't have the opportunity to draw something more interesting today.
