STILL cannot post images in chat, nor can I do so in comments, at least not on client.

I noticed problem with loading content on Gamejolt. Same problem i have and on the site. I absolutely sure this problem doesn't related with my internet connection, but this can be relate with my region. I live in Russia, if you interesting
