I can't access the downloaded app because it doesnt pop up. How do I fix this?

I haven't been able to download games off of Gamejolt for the last several days. Is this a new problem?
Hey I've been unable to access my Gmail for a long time, but I also can't log into my PC because I have to approve it, is there a way my email can be changed so I can use my account again? I signed in on the app perfectly, but I still can't use PC.

The app isn't letting me stream in a fireside, everytime I try to hit stream my cursor turns into a red circle with a cross and the button blue is darker.
