general in Legacy Game Maker

Could someone please give me Game Maker Studio 1.4 already unlocked? I want to publish my game in HTML5 format, but the Game Maker Studio I'm using is very old and won't let me release it in HTML5 format.
I made 3D examples for the PSP (are taken from the yoyo games sandbox)
