why is trans part of the LGBTQ? Transgender is not a sexuality, so why isnt it in it's own separate thing with non binary and stuff?

QUESTION-
Is it better to take testosterone or just do vocal/voice training ?
Like I wanna make my voice more masculine, but I can't do that because my parents won't allow me to get testosterone treatment.
Same with binding my chest-
