Women can be femboys too,

They can identify as female but still choose to be feminine in a way that is uniquely femboy.

Hello everyone! I know I've been gone these last few months. I've been moving and dealing with many high-stress situations. I'm going to try to come back and revive, but most cosplays will be paused until I move into my house.
