Hello how do I get unbanned from the discord server of TS:Underswap.I got hacked a few months ago and I got kicked out of the server and banned so any idea how to fix it?

Monstrositale Lesser Dog (Part 8)

I play on Linux and whenever I get to the mad dummy in ruined home, the game freezes and there is no way to progress forward. I submitted a form but I have not tried to reset in the game. Can I get some help? ps, I know the no music is a problem so yeah.
