Added a new attack for Plantergeist, refined its other attack and added damage!

Here's my take on a papyrus gaster fusion it's mostly Grey's whites and blacks because of the goner color palette I was going for and he's wearing a sweater because that’s what I think he would like when restored I hope you like it and stay COOL!!!!
