Rumors speak of a place called Sanctum, the origin of the outbreak and perhaps the last hope. But reaching it means passing through ruined cities, contaminated zones, and a no-man’s land filled with madness and death. Backstory (Lore): Twelve years ago, a secret bioweapon experiment was launched by an underground organization known as the Eclipse Division. Their goal: to create a new kind of psychological warfare one that amplified fear, guilt, and trauma until they became physical nightmares. But the experiment spiraled out of control. The “Malum Agent” spread bonded not just to the body, but to human consciousness itself. Cities fell, governments collapsed, and humanity fractured into scattered pockets of survivors. The virus is alive it speaks through hallucinations, whispers, and visions from the past.
