AotMBatCIMA is a puzzle-platformer game made for the UE4 2017 summer game jam. The first uploaded version (and the only uploaded version at the time of this page's creation, 6/30/2017 @ 3:30 AM EST.) was created less than 24 hours after the jam officially started.

Controls:
WASD - Forward/left/back/right
Spacebar - Jump
X - Skip dialogue
Left mouse button - Interact/pick up
R - Reset (if you get stuck)
Shift+Esc - Quit

There are checkpoints in every level, so don't be too worried if you die or end up quitting the game. You'll start back off where you left.

Voice acting by Nate, Other Nate, Hayden, and Peter. Music by Kevin MacLeod. Programming, level design, art, and concept by me (Connor), and concept and ideas by Other Nate. I used the Easy Save & Load, Advanced FirstPerson Character, and TaikuMenus 1 packs from the UE4 marketplace in the creation of this project, all of which were heavily edited or re-purposed.

Version 7.0 patch released

The final update.

I fixed a bunch of bugs, but that’s about it. Should be the last update, unless any major bugs are found.

Version 6.0 patch released

Without posting, I uploaded patches 4 and 5. 6 has some more major changes, including an entirely new bonus area, more voice lines, loads of bug fixes, and an art pass. Enjoy!

Version 3.0 patch released

Fixed more bugs, including respawning in the wrong place in Area 2 and not being able to skip misc. dialogue. Also added some sound effects.

Version 2.0 patch released

I had just realized that the Continue button was not working in the packaged version. After 2 hours of trying to figure it out, it is now 5 AM and I’ve finally fixed it. My apologies.
