The Basement

This game is called "The Basement" and is a spin-off of the novel "Infinity Paws." Set in 2042, it tells the story of a 14-year-old otter named Aqua (the protagonist). Aqua has a friend named Horus, an owl of the same age. Aqua and Horus start playing hide-and-seek at Aqua's house, but suddenly discover a hidden basement in the garage. Aqua and Horus decide to go down and investigate, but suddenly a kind of black smoke begins to pour from the ventilation ducts. Aqua and Horus try not to inhale the black smoke, but it's no use; they both fall unconscious. Later, Aqua wakes up in a larger, darker, and more sinister basement, and to her surprise, her friend Horus is not with her. Aqua's goal is to escape this sinister "basement."
