The Edge of Winter
Explore the island, solve witness like puzzles and try to stop the seasons changing in an awkward allegory of addiction and the dangers of avoidance.
Made for the Great Autumn Game Jam 2021 but I withdrew it because of the performance issues.
As with most of my games, I over scoped and it's very rough around the edges :D
Controls:
In Game
WASD - Move
Shift - Sprint
Space - Jump
E - Use

R - Restart the board

Performance issues
A few known issues:
The colours are a bit dicey on some of the puzzles. This is the first time I've really tried to stick to a pallete and some of the colours I chose don't work well in different light levels.
Sometimes the puzzles can bug out and put trail blocks in random spots. It's not to bad, but may require hitting R a few times to clear the board.
The performance is dicey, hopefully people can run it. I wasn't able to implement the optimizations I was planning.
Bugs, logs of bugs. Also some very placeholder dialog that I had planned to completely re-write :P
Missing sound effects for things like foot steps.
