The Wind's Path is a Top Down Platformer. You control the wind. With these new powers travel from world to world to stop a coming catastrophe.
GAMEPLAY:
You can use your wind powers as long as you have "Flow".
Gain Flow by running, defeating enemies or dodging their attacks. More Flow means you run faster and hit harder.
As long as you keep up your Flow you'll be safe. But it it gets too low...
You'll be vulnerable, and your journey ends.
Just keep moving and defeating enemies and you'll be fine.
I've been working on this game for about 2 years now. Mostly revising the original concept (It started off as a top down turnbased stealth game...).
All the main stages are playable. But there's still a lot of work left to do.
Plans for the game going forward:
Updating artwork from developer art to final art.
Adding sound effects and music.
Adding story elements into the main game.
UI features: Special Ability Selection System, Updated Momentum bar, menus, etc.
Character Progression System: How to unlock special abilities.
Bug Fixes/Balance Fixes
