The updated OnaC Game! Some issues fixed, as well as new sounds and character models

You have a door and a flash button.
Callie: leave the monitor down.
Alicia: Flash her when she's at the window.
Mr. Chirps: Click him when he flies.
Chuck: look away from her.
Guan: Lure her.
Chul: Use the flashlight. (space bar)
Elliot: Shut the door, he will drain 5-10 power once sucessfully avoided.
CASPER: don't look at him on the cams for too long
