In the year 48XX, humanity has entered a utopian era, devoid of all problems. Equality had been established, there were fewer battles, and humanity had formed alliances with a variety of other races. Everyone was happy, at least that was what has been told. Earth is now ruined, twisted, and littered with the remnants of the last war.

Kura Starborn, a 13-year-old boy, is one of the unfortunate few who still survive on Earth Alpha. Starborn DNA is unique as it can react with an unearthly material known as "Doku-437". His father has been experimenting with Doku-437 and Kura for as long as he can recall. Kura has two sisters who he is fiercely protective of.

Kura is powerful, more so than his father. His dad knows this and takes his clone and sisters away to experiment on them before Kura learns his own abilities and stops him.

How will Kura survive in the cold nothingness of space? Kura is determined to find his sisters across the galaxy, even if it means sacrificing his own life to do it. He will leave his home and search for them. He will make new friends and possibly run into his long-lost kin on his travels. But will he and his newfound allies be able to overcome Kura's father in the end? Or will Kura perish from his sorrow over his sisters' deaths and engulf himself in guilt?
