To answer your question, yeah I am pretty sure this type of thing is allowed.
Creek Bench is a tool for people with a compatible device to test the performance of your hardware, it is in alpha as of now, but you should expect many features to be coming.
Features such as...

-Framerate chart
-Multiple environment's
-Better setting options

I am not sure I am allowed to upload this type of app here, so if anyone has a good place for this to be uploaded, please tell me.
Please consider before rating that this is in early alpha, and there will be MANY new features once this project is finished.
