What do you think?

I beat most of part 1 and all of 2. I must be honest, it was an overall mediocre experience. It feels like this game tried to bite off way more than it could chew and does not succeed.

Part 1 is pretty bland. The gameplay is simple, but in a way that is not engaging. You can just look at 3 cams the whole time and win, and there isn't much strategy to it. The whole "censoring eyes" thing is one of those things that feels like it's trying to be edgy or something but it's kinda lame. The game also doesn't save your data when you close it, and the pause menu doesn't even work as a pause menu, since you can't even resume the game.

Part 2 is better, but more shallow. Nights are fast, but they were still not fun. Each character is even more one-note than the first game, and it has this weird 7-deadly-sins theming, which felt like it was trying to do some symbolic thing but it fell flat. It's a shame that the computer and tasks weren't executed well because it could have given the game an identity. The post night section also is pretty hollow. The writing for both parts also isn't very logical in my opinion. Overall it was better, the office was better for sure, but it was less interesting.

Overall, I can see the vision, but it was way too ambitious. The story feels like it's trying to shoehorn in a lot of stuff unnaturally, and the game feels like it's trying so hard to be scary. It is not exactly what I'd describe as an "intense, unexpected, heavy skill based game", nor "not your typical FNAF fangame." It feels like it's trying to be that, without putting attention where it's needed. It's pretty par-for-the-course if anything, and doesn't do much to really stand out. These chapters would have benefited a lot from playtesting, and an actual save system.

With that said, I wish you luck with your future endevors.

I'm going to be honest, this game really needs some audio cues. I'm totally fine with the power drain being bogus, but I can't manage my power because I'm too busy trying to figure out where the hell these stupid animals are!

If the ostrich with the troll face grin had some kind of audio cue whenever he's about to break the generator, or hell just any audio cues AT ALL, that'd really help me understand what the hell I'm supposed to do.

Also, please make power visible while in the office. I just want to know how much I have before the next camera flip.

Furthermore, what happened to the power out minigame? I thought that was going to be something that happened every time I ran out of power during the night, and that would've been really cool! It could've been a great gimmick to spice up the regular gameplay and give players with worse power management a second chance.

But apparently, feathers over here has to kill me the second I run out. And I run out of power A LOT because I have too keep checking the cams because I have no idea where he is or when he's going to show up on the camera.

Look, the tl;dr here is that this game really needs some audio cues, that'd make it way fairer, and the power balance actually balanced.

Sorry if I come off as incredibly mean during this rant, it's just I really like this game and its atmosphere but there's zero feedback for dealing with a threat and I hardly know what I'm doing.

(Oh, and for that one person swooping in with the "just use infinite power cheat", I'm not using cheats, I have standards)

How do I save power. It drains to fast

CRUNCHER'S balances, gameplay, strategy, RNG and pure skill. It is most likely described as an intense, unexpected, heavy skill based game. It's mainly held up by a "each death is a learning curve" type balance

ABOUT

CRUNCHER'S is not your typical FNAF fangame, it doesn't rely on Jumpscares and loud sounds. CRUNCHER'S uses shock horror and the fear of what will happen next. Using the players own sanity and reflexes against them. act to fast and you may regret it later, act too slow and you might also regret it.
