Take the role of a demonlord on the run, your castle has been wrecked by heroes. Time to find a new base of operations fast! Your magic is drained so you will need to rely on melee and sword skill initially... Thankfully there is an old dungeon nearby that could work as a hideout for now, once you evict the current tenant.

About 1 hour of gameplay at the moment. Only basic attacks available, but looking to add other stuff soon! UI is very basic but should tell you all you need to know. Again WIP looking to improve soon. Feedback is appreciated!

Notes upon a playtest: Save only works as long as the game is open in webGL builds. This means if you close out the game it will not keep the save. This is more of a demo so that is ok for now, but if you want to have persistent saves look into the .exe package. There will probably be a lot of lag initially on webGL as well, this DOES clear up for the most part if you are patient and just deal with it for a couple minutes.

Latest update 2.2 should have addressed all the bugs my friends found. But if you find more let me know!

Bug fixes to quest npcs and some other stuff thanks to friend testing on exe version. May get Webgl updated a bit later.

​New year new updates! I know they have been awhile in coming but now they are here and Demonlord escape actually feels like a mostly complete game now. Still some rough UI, but we have inventory, abilities, action bar, shops, gear and more.

Happy new year all. So progress update: The first outdoor level you can play here is currently updated with new systems (not uploaded yet). I want to finish updating the dungeon with said systems before I upload a new build. ETA 1-2 weeks!

Alright so its been about a month and going through courses. Roadmap atm is: finishing dialogues this month, next month is shops and abilities. After that I can really hit the designing again and do some more updates.
