Yes it is 3D free roam, and it will sort of be like FNAF 4, but with way more features, such as hiding under the bed, walking in the hallway, and more. Glad you're excited!

It's 12 am. After a long day of normal construction work, Jeremy Fitzgerald settles down in his living room to relax. But, wait! What's that shadow over there? With horror, Jeremy recognizes the shadow as Toy Bonnie. He also quickly identifies that the other toys are in the room as well. But they somehow look different... And it looks like they brought some friends...
