What do you think?

Hey man! I’m Noish. Really cool game, but I have something to ask you.

I’m making a Minecraft Java mod solely based around Five Nights at Freddy’s, vintage stuff, and FNaF Fangames. Currently we have about 3 fangames in right now, and I wanna ask if I can put your versions of the animatronics in game!

I nearly beat night 3. This game is cool in concept, but it just doesn't make the main mechanic, which the game entirely hinged on, interesting at all, when it really could be. Nights 2-3 don't add anything of value to the whole eye-resetting thing, which is a real shame when chica and bonnie aren't anything special.

I think that the mechanic would be more satisfying to use if a meter told you how close you were to resetting the character. I think it'd be really cool if the game hinged on a points system, where you'd earn points for resetting characters. You'd earn more points for getting characters while they're walking, getting them through walls, and resetting them in one go. Maybe there would be targets that would show up in the building that'd also give points. You'd naturally beat the night after getting enough points.

This is a big difference from how the game works rn, but I think it'd give the game a lot of spice, because right now you pretty much get tired of the mechanic by the middle of night 2. The nights being 6 minutes don't help when you're just doing the same thing over and over. Foxy's mechanic could be much better and could give a good mix-up to the gameplay, and same with the blackout mechanic, as both of them really don't make the gameplay more interesting. The jumpscares are pretty lackluster, but the building and the animatronics also look really nice. I still really like the idea, and especially the Starfox Guard-like layout, but currently I can't say I enjoy playing the game in its current state.

For a first game this is very cool though, and I can absolutely see the skill and promise behind it. I wish you luck with your future projects.

Review:
This was a great time with full of challenges as the nights went onwards. I felt that after Night 2, the gameplay did get a bit tedious, not because of the difficulty curve, but solely due to the Security Camera and using the mouse to drag to interact with the animatronics.

It definitely will put some strain on your wrist after some time, where I feel like you'll need to take a break during play sessions. But it wasn't anything too detrimental. However, what I did find the most intrusive was holding the LMB (left mouse button) for long periods of time. It really dragged the gameplay, and it didn't help that sometimes it would refuse to interact with the animatronics, even after holding on the LMB.

I felt that the gameplay gimmick was very unique, and honestly, very immersive in concept. But the abrupt difficulty spike, on top of the tedium of the camera movement of the security cameras needing to interact with the animatronics, which creates lots of stress, is questionable in execution.

Overall, I had a good time with the gameplay but I did find myself exhausted with the gameplay gimmick after Night 2, as I felt the gameplay completely overstayed it's welcome and can use better pacing to give the player some room to breathe.

I need to say, this game has basically EVERYTHING i would want in a fnaf retake: realistic camera system, tense gameplay, all the references to Scott's other games!!! everything about it is so cool

What year is the game set in?

After years of silence, Freddy's finally reopens to the public and they need a new night guard.

Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Showtime Pizzeria! A place for kids and grownups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. When you're not getting food poisoned from our half-prepared pizza or losing an entire paycheck from the arcade games, you're probably watching our state-of-the-art animatronic band perform on stage. Although watching them during the day is a treat, you won't be watching them during the day...

During the night, the animatronics become a bit erratic (you could even say quirky) and we need someone to watch over them. Our shoestring budget can't afford them breaking anything (or themselves even), so your job is to reset them anytime you see them active. Just be sure they don't get into your office. Our last night guard didn't exactly quit after all...

v1.1 is here!

Due to some complications, this version has to use a new save, so your progress from ver1.0 won't carry over (sorry about that). This will (hopefully) be the only time you have to start over.

Hope you guys enjoy!

Just testing and adding finishing touches on v1.1

It will probably be out by next week.

Thank y'all for your patience!
