Grapple Run is a top-down 2D runner game, where you explore through 15 unique levels to find out the truth about your creation. The game has an addictive playstyle, where you're expected to die. A lot.
The main gimmick is the grappling mechanic; by default, the main character cannot turn, but instead they can grab onto "grapple-points" (marked by red hitmarkers) and swing around them! When you let go, you'll turn around and fling in a direction, depending on where you let go! On top of sliding, jumping, and many other mechanics, the game's got lots of depth!
Controls (editable in settings, formatted in "mobile / pc: function" format):
Arm / Space: Grapple / Trick
Left / A: Strafe Left
Right / D: Strafe Right
Up (D-Pad) / A: Strafe Up
Down (D-Pad) / D: Strafe Down
Up (Action) / LMB: Jump
Down (Action) / RMB: Space
A new feature this time on the Grapplerun Devlog: This cool new background I made for the game's Infinite Mode! It's animated, with random colors!
Oh, did I forget to mention the game had an infinite mode? Oops. Well, it does!
