A survival horror game set in a decaying Appalachian village, where a reclusive family known as the Merricks terrorizes outsiders with rituals rooted in corrupted folklore and twisted Americana. After receiving a mysterious letter about a missing loved one, the protagonist journeys into Hollow Glen, only to be trapped in the Merrick estate, a rotting farmhouse surrounded by cursed woods, collapsing barns, and grotesque secrets.

You play as Isaac Cross, a former therapist searching for a missing patient who mailed him a cryptic journal filled with drawings of “The Hollow Girl.” Following a trail into Hollow Glen, Isaac is captured by the Merricks. As he explores their house and the decaying land around it, he must uncover the truth behind their origins: an old fertility cult that merged with Appalachian superstition.

The deeper Isaac goes, the more he begins to question his own past, especially his connection to Lilith, the girl at the center of the madness. Each family member must be defeated to escape, but doing so pulls you closer to the darkness at the root of Hollow Glen.
