Modules
You're not alone. Well... Technically, you're alone. But the voices in the speakers won't let you get bored.
Throughout the passage, several artificial intelligence modules communicate with you through the Aperture intercom system — each with its own character, goals and ... problems.
The modules argue with each other, comment on your actions, sometimes sabotage each other, and periodically utter phrases that make you feel funny and a little uncomfortable at the same time. 😅
